    3-4 oz block feta cheese, cut into thick slices

    1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    Freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium heat.

    Add the feta cheese slices to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom becomes golden and crispy.
